Wendy Dean

Wendy Dean

Wendy is the full time Receptionist at Buxton. Her job includes taking calls, booking appointments and providing most of the admin support to the Buxton team of vets and nurses. Her smiling face is the first that our lovely Clients see when they come into the Vets. She thrives on providing the best quality service and is particularly popular with dogs as she keeps a tin of treats behind the desk.

At home Wendy has 2 Cockerpoo's, Lulu and Daisy and a horse called Toffee Crumble. She spends most of her spare time chauffering her daughter and Toffee to Dressage, Show Jumping and Horse Trial competitions around the country.

Lisa Randall

Lisa Randall

Lisa understands that the duties expected from a veterinary receptionist are a little different from those expected from any other receptionist. As well as greeting and getting to know our clients, Lisa deals with a constantly shifting environment and is always prepared to support both her colleagues and our clients during busy periods.

Something that Lisa particularly enjoys about her role is the fact that no two days in practice are the same. And being supported by a friendly team makes this all the more enjoyable.

At home Lisa has a fat cat called Fred. Despite her feline being a little lazy, however, Lisa likes nothing more than putting on her hiking boots and taking to the hills to explore.
